How long will it take before a decision is processed?
Applications are decisioned 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. During our standard business hours, your decision will typically be available instantly, however there are some instances when an application requires verification from the consumer which may add additional time to process.

I have a pending application that is requiring 2 documents verifying the consumer’s address, what documents are acceptable?
Government Issue ID (valid at time of application), Utility Bill dated within the last 30 days, Insurance Card, Voter Registration Card, Vehicle Registration, Mortgage Statement or Lease Agreement, Letter of Military Service. All documents must be valid at the time of the application.

How do I process a charge?

Click Submit A Charge:

Be sure to complete ALL steps. You will know the charge was submitted successfully when the last screen gives you confirmation of “Thank you! Your charge has been submitted.”Charges submitted by 2:00pm ET will post the same day, after 2:00pm ET the charge will post the following business day.
